Made with 17 different varieties of fallen apple, pressed, and then kept in the dark to mature for a couple of years, it is the crispest way to celebrate any moment. – 4.5% ABV – Ireland

A true to style India pale ale, this is a hoppy beer with a smooth finish and is a good representation of our approach to the classic beers. – 6.5% ABV – Canandaigua, NY

A luscious and citrusy IPA with primary notes of orange, melon, grapefruit, and a slightly earthy finish. It packs a firm bitterness but remains balanced by abundant late hop additions and a soft, airy malt base – 7.2% ABV – Buffalo, NY

This light sparkler opens with scents of spring flower and white stone fruit. The lively palate portrays white peach and green apple alongside fresh acidity.
This sparkling rose is pleasant, intense, and fruity. It is delightfully pleasing: soft and smooth on the palate with apple and floral notes.
Aromas of meyer lemon, fresh apricot, and baby bananas with a round, lively, fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, complex, long peach sorbet, hints of custard tart, and bruleed lime finish with no oak flavor.
Light golden yellow with greenish reflections. Citrus and tropical fruits, white flowers and orange blossom. Vibrant, refreshing taste of green apple with attractive hints of honey.
